Anoo’s Indian Ancient Scalp Massage with Anoo’s Herbal Hair oil

HISTORY OF THE SCALP MASSAGE

The Anoo’s hair oil has beneficiary herbs which are:

 PREPERATION OF THE INGREDIENTS

•      Take two to three tablespoonful Anoo’s Herbal oil in a bowl.

•      Add three drops of Zinda Tilasmath (herb).

•      Heat in the Microwave oven for one minute

§  Warm the wet towels and leave in the warmer

Caution: Please check the oil temperature with your fingertips before applying on the client. Check towel temperature also.


THE STEP BY STEP GUIDE

1           Add three drops of Zinda Tilismath to 3 sachets of Anoo’s Herbal Hair  Oil.
2           Heat this oil mixture in a microwave oven for about 11/2 mts.  To massage the scalp
3           Now apply the mixture all over the scalp and hair with a cotton swab using vibration Tapotement strokes.
4           Now massage the scalp with your fingertips taking care not to pull the hair strands. Repeat this five times from the hairline to the scalp.
5           Press down gently with interlocked finger compression.
6           Now separate your hands and apply palm pressure on scalp from opposite sides i.e. if you use left hand on top, the right hand should cup the scalp from below and vice versa.
7           Next, apply the three fingertip pressure from the forehead to the base
8           of the scalp.
9           Zigzag with thumbs from crown to base of scalp.
10        Then place a towel around the shoulders of the client.
11        Now carefully use the S & 8 technique beginning from the forehead and going  down to the base of the scalp.

To massage the forehead

          1        Use the Digital effleurage technique on the forehead, simultaneously stroking outward with the    pointer finger.
2        Again use the Digital effleurage technique on the forehead, this time
          with thumbs.
3        Now crisscross across the forehead with the pointer finger.
4        Employ the piano tapping technique on forehead.
5        Now work on reducing the eyebrow / corrugator’s friction.
6        Start compression strokes on forehead.
7        With Palmer friction, massage from occipital ridge to crown.
8        Then stroke gently with thumbs in the same location.
9        Slowly introduce palmer and digital effleurage from occipital ridge to
          crown and behind the ears.

To massage the neck and shoulders


1           Put hair up in a ponytail.
2           Follow the strokes indicated in the video for 15 - 30 mts. (Depending on the treatment duration opted for by the client). You can also introduce your own routine of strokes.
a.     Stone Massage
2           Place the massage stones in a stone warmer or an oven until mildly
3           warm.
4           Massage the neck and back for 15 - 30 mts.
5           Use the King stone to distress pressure points. Round and S & 8 strokes should be employed in a slow and relaxing manner.
6           Now use the Egg stone in clockwise and anti-clockwise strokes to
7           relieve muscle knots.
8           Once you are done, place a warm towel on the scalp.
9           Place a second towel on the neck and back for a few minutes holding
10        it down with your hands.
11        9        Clean the oil on the forehead, neck and back.
12        10      Clean the scalp by massaging with the towel on it.
12        Finally take a facial tissue and dab on the face and forehead.
13        Advise the client to leave the oil on for a few hours or overnight 
13        before washing it off.

Your client’s hair will now have a healthy sheen.
